	Architectural & Interior Design Services Our Architectural & Interior Design Department provides a broad range of services to Clients from initial design concepts through to working drawings, technical specification, cost control, tendering, contract procedures, project management, site supervision, final completion and certification.
	We have a proven record in working on small, medium and large projects and have successfully delivered on fast-track prestige developments. A notable example being the new Ritz Carlton Royal Majlis & Conference Facilities, which were designed and constructed on program, on budget and in only 8 months.
	As A.E.S is a multi-disciplined consultancy, our Architectural & Interior Design Department have the significant advantage of being supported in-house by our Structural, Mechanical & Electrical engineers and Land Surveyors. This ensures our Architects have immediate technical support in all disciplines, providing Clients with a fully integrated architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical service.
	Our Architects have formed notable working relationships with overseas specialists, delivering numerous successful projects in Joint Ventures on Bank Headquarters, Hotels, Conference Centres, Airports - as well as specialist themed interior design, lighting design, IT systems, façade engineering and acoustic design.
